How do I place a custom order?

To get started, simply submit a contact form and browse our catalog to select the items you'd like to customize. Once your design is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide an official quote along with order forms for you to complete and sign. After we receive your signed forms and payment, your order will enter production.

How long does it take to get my order?

Our standard turnaround time is generally 7 to 10 business days from the time your design is approved and payment is received. Please note that specialty or custom-ordered items may require additional processing time, which could extend the timeline slightly. We’ll always keep you updated if your order requires extra time.

How does pricing work?

 Pricing depends on several factors, including the item you choose, the size and complexity of the design, and any specialty details needed to complete your project. For embroidery, thread count, placement, and specialty thread colors (like metallics, glow in the dark or neon colors) may also affect the final cost.
